THIRTY DAYS to a running engine.

1. Audit: Week one. We sight every piece of footage, every channel, every asset, and find the three things worth doing first.
2. Identity: Templates, type, motion, intro and outro. The look that makes twelve clips read as one brand.
3. Formats: Three to five recurring series, tested live. We keep what performs and drop what does not.
4. Engine: Weekly rhythm: plan Monday, approve Wednesday, publish Friday. Numbers every week.
5. Conversion: Followers become ticket buyers, PPV and sponsor conversations. A roadmap to the next event, with the content mapped to it.
